If a video won't load or keeps stopping, a connectivity issue or outdated app is usually the cause. Follow the steps below to fix it.
Fix It Yourself
1. Check your internet connection. Videos need a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data signal.
2. Close and reopen the UpScrolled app.
3. Try a different video to see if the problem is limited to one post.
4. Update UpScrolled via the App Store or Google Play.
5. Disable any VPN or app blockers — these can interrupt video playback.
6. Uninstall the app, then reinstall it from your app store.
Still Not Working?
Some older devices — such as Huawei models running Android 11 — may have ongoing playback limitations.
