What to try:
Check your Wi-Fi or mobile data connection — videos require a stable internet connection.

Update the UpScrolled app from the App Store or Google Play.
Do not use a VPN or app blockers, as these can interfere with video playback.
Be aware that some older devices (e.g. Huawei models with Android 11) may experience playback issues.
Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
