If you don't get your verification code, try the following steps:
Check your email address: Make sure it's typed correctly. A small typo can block delivery.
Check your spam/junk folder: Codes are sometimes filtered there.
If you already signed up but didn't receive the code, select the Forgot password? option. The system will pick up where you left off and generate a new code.
Special cases:
Proton Mail users:
Proton requires you to verify your account with another email and phone number. If not verified, Proton may block transactional emails. Update your Proton settings or contact Proton support.
Mailfence users:
Some users have reported issues with Mailfence blocking our emails. Contact Mailfence support and let them know you cannot receive emails from [email protected] and [email protected].
