Every report we receive about users and content on UpScrolled is reviewed by our Content Moderation team, and we take enforcement action where a report indicates a violation of our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, or applicable laws.
How reports are handled
When you report a user or content through the Report function in UpScrolled, the report is routed to our Content Moderation team for review. Reports are reviewed by the moderation team against our Community Guidelines. Following review, we may, at our discretion, take action — which may include removing content, content labeling, restricting or suspending an account, or even terminate an account — or we may determine that no violation occurred and close the report without further action.
Why you may not see a result
Reports are assessed on a case-by-case basis, and not every report results in enforcement action. Conduct that is unwelcome, offensive, or controversial does not necessarily breach our Community Guidelines, and in such cases no action is taken.
In addition, we do not currently notify reporters of the outcome of a report concerning another user, or of any enforcement action taken against that user's account. This is intended to protect the privacy of the individuals involved and to avoid disclosing account-level information. Accordingly, the absence of a notification does not indicate that your report was not reviewed or acted upon.
We treat content moderation seriously and maintain dedicated review processes and tooling designed to assess and act on reports as quickly as possible, prioritizing reports that involve an immediate risk of harm.

What to do if you see content that appears to violate our guidelines
