UpScrolled doesn't currently offer temporary deactivation, but you have a couple of options to take a break without losing your account.
Your options while you're away
Set your profile to Private. This limits your content to approved followers only, giving you control over who can see your activity while you're not actively using the app.
Log out and return when you're ready. Your account stays intact — just log back in whenever you want to pick up where you left off.
What about permanent deletion?
