Not Receiving Your Verification Code?
Your verification code may be delayed or blocked. Follow the steps below to fix this quickly.
Check the Basics First
1. Confirm your email address is entered correctly — even a small typo will prevent delivery.
2. Check your spam or junk folder, as verification emails sometimes get filtered there.
Already Signed Up but Didn't Get a Code?
Select Forgot password? on the login page. This will generate a new verification code and send it to your email.
Using Proton Mail?
Proton Mail requires your account to be verified with a secondary email or phone number before it can receive transactional emails. If your Proton account isn't verified, our emails will be blocked.
Update your Proton Mail verification settings or contact Proton support for help.
Using Mailfence?
Some Mailfence accounts block emails from external senders. Contact Mailfence support and let them know you're not receiving emails from [email protected] and [email protected].
