Mentions (@username) and tags let other users include you in posts, comments, or photos. You can choose who is allowed to mention or tag you.
Steps:
Open the UpScrolled app.
Go to your Profile.
Tap Settings ⚙️ → Mentions & Tags.
Select one of the options:
Everyone — Anyone can mention or tag you.
People I follow — Only users you follow can mention or tag you.
Off — No one can mention or tag you.
Good to know:
This setting applies to both mentions and tags.
If you turn it off completely, users can still type your handle, but it won't create an active mention or notification.
You can update this setting anytime.
